By placing an order at hubcentric-rings.com, you accept the following terms and conditions.
Products and pricing
All product and price information is displayed in our online store. Prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped as affordable letter post. Delivery times:
- European countries: 3–8 business days
- Countries outside Europe: 7–15 business days
- Custom made orders: manufacturing takes 2–3 business days, then shipped as above
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Alternative shipping address
You may have your order shipped to a different address at no extra cost. Simply enter the desired shipping address during checkout.
Non-delivery
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to incorrect customer information or stock discrepancies. If the order has been paid, the full amount will be refunded.
Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- PayPal — pay with your PayPal account or credit/debit card
- Klarna — flexible payment options
- Credit/debit card — Visa, Mastercard
All payments are processed securely through our payment service providers.
Returns
Standard stock sizes: you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. The right of return applies only to unused products in original, sellable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us by email to arrange a return.
Custom made products: As custom hub centric rings are manufactured to your specific measurements, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your measurements before ordering.
Damaged shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please file a damage report with your local post office immediately, then contact us for a replacement.
Defective products
If you receive a product with a material or manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service by email immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Force majeure
Hubcentric-rings.com shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to war, natural disasters, government orders, disruptions in postal services, strikes, or other unforeseeable events.
